DetailsLovely, this sweet locket is newly acquired. It is so very shiny; look closely and you’ll see all of the reflections I tried to avoid! I’ve added a long delicate box chain, but can substitute a linked chain per your wishes. Some images show the addition of delicate real cultured pearl, suspended on a sterling silver wire. I can add that, too, if you like that bit of whimsy. Gift Wrapped.
The locket: sterling silver, 3/4 inches, 20 mm, in diameter, marked 925
The chain options:
Italian sterling silver box chain, .8 mm width, marked Italy 925. You pick the length.
1.3mm flat Italian cable chain, highly reflective, marked 925. You pick the length. (I have included an option called "your length" for those who may wish an odd numbered length. Please specify in a note to me if you choose that option.)
Note: As you compare lockets for purchase, insist on sterling silver. Sellers that advertise "antique silver" or just "silver" are likely not offering you real sterling, but rather a silver coated brass. Inquire before you buy. Sterling pieces are marked "925" or "sterling" and they become treasured pieces to be used for generations.
