PLEASE CONTACT Me about this or any 14K garnet crosses. I have a wide variety of options in chains not listed here. I can also sell this cross and others without the chain if you have a chain that you prefer... notbeforejava [!at] gmail.com.

This listing is for the 14K garnet cross that I now have ready to ship. I have many garnet crosses that come in sterling silver vermeil, and I can get any of those in 14K gold, as well, but others will take about a month to receive from the Czech Republic. Several of the variations are shown lettered in one of the images. This is the cross lettered "H".

If you are wanting the 14K cross, I can offer the 18" gold chain shown immediately. If you want another length, it will take a couple of extra days for fulfillment. Kindly contact me if you have special needs.

This and all of my crosses are offered with a discount at my personal Etsy Pattern site. Go here: https://notbeforejava.patternbyetsy.com/shop/23430647/cross-necklaces

This is a lovely, sizeable cross with the classic Trinity represented at the ends of all branches with three stones. If you're wanting to invest in an heirloom that will be passed through the generations, this is that piece. It is shown here on an 18" 14K gold chain, delicate at .89mm, but strong as it is a rope chain. I have only this 14K chain in stock. Other sizes can be acquired. Text me for that information.

You can tell that I am drawn to the elegance of these garnet crosses, as I now have many in my collection. I love the dark, highly reflective stones... Beautiful creations that come to you with certificates of authenticity.

Having recently returned from a European trip, I bring you these pieces from the original garnet mines of Czechoslovakia, from a revered company called Granát. Earlier made, turn-of-the-century pieces were likely also made of garnets mined there.

I always enjoy knowing the story behind the pieces that I love. Granát is a cooperative in Turnov, a small town founded in 1272 right in the heart of what is called the Bohemian Paradise. The coop was formed 66 years ago when a number of smaller goldsmith shops combined to form a single entity. They now have sole propriety over all garnets mined in the Czech Republic. I love their work and love wearing their pieces. It is said that the garnet was considered to be a talisman and was worn by King David and Medieval warriors into battle...

The crosses are beautiful and unique, becoming heirloom pieces for generations. The Bohemian garnets are faceted; the back of the cross is open in spots to encourage reflection. The camera doesn’t ever catch the magnificence of garnets, dark and lustrous, catching the light in such a beautiful way. So lovely.

Cross C has an image of a pearl added. I can add that bit of whimsy to each of these if you’d like.
