While many lockets are convex, or curved outward, this sweet piece has a slimmer profile than that of many lockets. Clear shiny surface, highly reflective. I have placed it on a 30 inch finely made Italian silver box chain. but you can choose something to your liking if you'd prefer a shorter chain. Some of the images show a sweet pearl that I can add if you like that bit of whimsy. Gift wrapped.
The locket: exterior: 11/16"wide x 1" tall (1 3/8 to the bail) (25 mm x 18 mm; 33 mm to bail)
interior image visibility: 1/2" wide x 3/4" tall

The chain options:
~Italian sterling silver box chain, .8 mm width, marked Italy 925. You pick the length.
~1.3mm flat Italian cable chain, highly reflective, marked 925. You pick the length. (I have included an option called "your length" for those who may wish an odd numbered length. Please specify in a note to me if you choose that option.)
Note: As you compare lockets for purchase, insist on sterling silver. Sellers that advertise "antique silver" or just "silver" are likely not offering you real sterling, but rather a silver coated brass. Inquire before you buy. Sterling pieces are marked "925" or "sterling" and they become treasured pieces to be used for generations.

The shipping only took a few days, it came with a personalized note, and a special fabric to clean the locket. I would recommend purchasing any of her jewelry or products. I ordered a 24 inch length and fit right about my chest area making the chain long but at a great length. Completely in love with it! :)
