Three Stieff servers, two lovely ladles and an olive spoon. Classic elegance.
The ladles:
From the carefully crafted Repousse engravings to the grace of the weight, this lovely ladle is pure delight. Made in 1929, due to its mark and the pattern, which changed over time, these servers are crafted in the Repousse pattern, a classic. Solid sterling silver, standing the test of time, bearing light scratches indicative of its age...This is a great gift for new brides-to-be...something I love to give with a note of wonder about the women who used it and treasured it first...
The smaller ladle
This ladle is in the classic shape of what is sometimes called a chocolate ladle, or a cream ladle. I use small labels like these so frequently in my home for salsa‘s, for dips, four special sauces or dressings. It’s a lovely size.

The olive spoon:
This piece was made between the 1920s to the 1930s due to the pattern and the markings on the back of the piece. Made in the Stieff Rose pattern, this is a lovely spoon that looks as though it has been rarely used.

If you're curious regarding how we date pieces like this one, go here:
http://www.thestieffcompany.com/The_Stieff_Company/S._Kirk_%26_Son.htmlSince it's solid silver, you don't have to worry about the durability of the finish. A simple polish removes any accumulating tarnish. (I prefer Hagerty Silversmith's wash with a tarnish preventative. Avoid using silver dips; they'll remove the lovely patina that gathers in the crevices to enhance the detail of these pieces.)
Free of dents; no monogram.
Commensurate with age, the condition is very good to excellent.
