DetailsThis sweet swan was made in Germany after the war, as it is sterling silver, not the vintage 835 or 800 silver. The swan wings open, giving easy access to the double compartments hidden beneath.
These sweet swan salt cellars are a delightful addition to any table or decor. The wings open to hold varying things...delightfully. Since there are two compartments, you can easily add both salt and pepper or differing salts, all to your guest's delight! The optional spoon is a replica of an older spoon and is also marked for sterling, 925.
Note: one of these has evidence of repair, so I am offering it at a discount. Look for the blown up image. if you didn’t know to look for it, I don’t think you would see it. See that in the last image.
